Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant disciplines such as Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
UR/OBC/EWS: First Class | SC/ST/PwBD: Pass Class.
AMIE/AMIETE/GIETE in respective fields are also eligible. Equivalent/dual specializations are not accepted.

Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000 (E-II Grade).
Approximate CTC: ₹13 Lakhs per annum.
Additional benefits include DA, HRA, Conveyance, Performance Pay, Medical, and other BEL allowances.
Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): 125 questions (100 Technical + 25 Aptitude/Reasoning)
- Duration: 2 Hours | Negative Marking: 0.25
- Qualifying Marks: 35 (Gen/OBC/EWS), 30 (SC/ST/PwBD)
- Interview for shortlisted candidates (ratio 1:5)
- Weightage: CBT – 85 Marks, Interview – 15 Marks
- Final selection based on combined performance (CBT + Interview)
