Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the post-wise qualifications described below:
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution. Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB. Desirable: Working knowledge of Computers.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute. Preference to degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy. Proficiency in the local language. Desirable: Computer knowledge.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Graduation with minimum 50% marks. Preference to candidates with degrees in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy etc. Plus 2 years’ experience as an officer in a Bank/Financial Institution (post-specific).
Officer Scale-II (CA): Chartered Accountant (ICAI). Minimum 1 year of experience.
Officer Scale-II (Law): Degree in Law with minimum 50% marks and minimum 2 years’ advocacy/Bank law officer experience.
Officer Scale-II (Marketing / Treasury / Agriculture / IT etc.): Post-specific qualifications (MBA/CA/B.Tech/B.Sc Agriculture or equivalent) and required experience as mentioned in the official notification.
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks; preference to candidates with relevant degrees/diplomas and minimum 5 years’ officer-level experience in Bank/Financial Institutions.
